Payment Terms​

Payment terms for new customers are prepayment via ACH or wire transfer unless credit terms have been established in writing.​

Condition & Certification​

​All parts are described based on information provided by suppliers. Certification documentation (FAA 8130-3, EASA Form 1, or equivalent) will be provided when available and specified at the time of sale.​​

Shipping & Delivery​

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed. Local Aviation LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other third-party logistics providers.

Returns & Warranty

​

All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to purchase. Any approved returns must comply with the supplier’s return policy and may be subject to restocking fees.

Liability​

Local Aviation LLC acts as a sourcing and supply provider and is not responsible for installation, use, or operation of any parts supplied. The buyer assumes full responsibility for verifying suitability and airworthiness.​

Local Aviation LLC is not responsible for typographical errors, pricing errors, or omissions. All information is subject to correction.​

Governing Law

​

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida the FAA and NTSB.
